For some reason i don't like this guy. I imagine he is one of those people that try to hard to be friends with everyone. The only thing they don't try is 'keepin' it real 'n shit'. Or I could just be in a bad mood and i'm just hating other people in general. My guess is that Scott is just annoying though.
