His name is Bob as a reference to Bob Geldof because he wrote 'i don't like mondays' and i didn't really like this particular monday. So today's drawing is sort of an outtake or something that a drew a while ago.  His ears are ugly and everything is out of proportion but not in a good way. I like the mean look in his eyes though.

 Ralph is really into fashion, design, politics and using hard drugs.

Joe likes to drink beer and hates his job. He's not aggresive, boring, obnoxious, lazy, depressed or anything. He's quite a nice guy. He doesn't complain about anything. He just doesn't care enough about anything to actually do something. You could say he is in a state of 'Ataraxia'. You could also say he's already dead inside. Then again, is there really a difference?
